Guy Hollaway

In the autumn of 2014, Project MotorHouse held a competitive tender process to appoint its architect and chose Guy Hollaway. He has a large multi-award winning practice with two studios in East Kent and one in London.

The practice has designed cinemas, restaurants such as Rocksalt in Folkestone and the Marquis at Alkham and major regeneration projects such as Dreamland in Margate and the redevelopment of Bromley town centre. They understand the problems associated with a seaside building and they have a keen appreciation of our need to make The MotorHouse commercially viable.

See below for a list of some of the prestigious industry awards that the practice have achieved over the past 11 Years and below that for an example of some of the fantastic projects that Guy Hollaway Architects have completed or which are in progress.
